Instructions

  1. 将白萝卜一部分切成细丝,另一部分切片备用;芹菜根切片备用。
  2. 将白萝卜丝快速焯水后立即冰镇,保持其脆爽口感。
  3. 使用平底锅,快速煎制白萝卜薄片至微焦,展现美拉德反应。
  4. 将无麸质面粉、鸡蛋、盐和少许水混合,揉成面团。擀薄后用铁铲轻甩成薄脆状,同时在中途淋入乳化酱。
